We explored the common roadblocks that hold business owners back from adopting new technologies, such as lack of time, shiny object syndrome with new tools, information overload leading to paralysis, and the perceived complexity of many tech products designed by developers without considering user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He outlined his process for identifying areas ripe for automation, which starts with diagnostics through asking the right questions, followed by observation by embedding with the team to experience their workflows and frustrations first-hand which allows him to pinpoint opportunities to replace manual decision-making with structured, repeatable workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One case study highlighted was a textile manufacturer operating on three continents <\/a>that was still relying heavily on paper processes before we helped them implement a cloud ERP system. This led to a 5% improvement in inventory accuracy, faster invoice processing for better cash flow, real-time visibility for directors, and eliminating 2,800 annual work hours of manual tasks – resulting in a 20% increase in gross sales the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For non-technical business owners looking for some quick, low-cost tips, he recommended:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
